WHY DO YOU GET MOULD ON OUTSIDE WALLS

If moisture laden air is not ventilated at source it will try to equalise through the property and will show itself in the form of condensation in the coldest spots in the house, condensation is food for  mould. The purpose of a good ventilation system or solution is to ensure that the moisture laden air cannot spread into the habitable parts of the property.
